Account Profile Data: Email address, user display name, native language settings, interface language preferences, and secure credentials (hashed passwords) provided during registration.
Voice & Microphone Audio: Raw voice audio recorded when you practice speaking with AI personas. Audio inputs are processed transiently in-memory for the purpose of speech-to-text transcription. We do not store raw audio recordings on our servers; they are discarded immediately after transcription finishes.
Conversations & Chat Logs: Transcribed text sentences, messages sent to the AI tutors, grammar ratings, pronunciation evaluations, and vocabulary vault logs generated during your sessions.
Personalized Memory (Fact Vault): Facts about your hobbies, goals, and learning preferences automatically extracted from conversation contexts to help the AI maintain long-term contextual continuity.
Device & Usage Diagnostics: Device type, operating system version, software build versions, service latency logs, IP addresses, and application crash reports collected to monitor performance and safety.

We process your information solely for the following legitimate educational and operational purposes:

AI Model Providers: We send conversation text payloads to AI models to generate replies. These API payloads are fully anonymized. We do not transmit your name, email, or any personal account identifiers to these processors.
Speech-to-Text & Text-to-Speech Services: Transient voice recordings or text phrases are processed securely through transcription models. They do not link this audio to your personal identity.
Cloud Hosting & Databases: Our secure database clusters are hosted on isolated cloud servers with restricted grid access rules.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your profile data, chat logs, vocabulary, and learned facts for as long as your account remains active, enabling continuous vocabulary progress tracking.

Your Rights & Data Control: You have full control over your data. At any time, you can exercise the following options:

Delete Conversation History: You can clear all your conversation logs, text records, and evaluation metrics inside the app settings (Settings → Danger Zone → Delete All Chats).
Delete Account: You can permanently delete your user profile, email registration, custom vocabulary, and all memories directly inside the app (Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account).
Manual Deletion Request: If you cannot access the app, you may request manual deletion of all your data by submitting a request on our Data Deletion Portal, or by emailing us at [email protected]. We will process your request and permanently erase all associated server databases within 48 hours.
