Delete Account & Data
Falable provides simple methods to delete your account, vocabulary vault, and all messaging histories.
1Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you still have the Falable app installed, you can delete your account immediately. This completely wipes all your data from our servers instantly:
- Open the Falable app.
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the sidebar).
- Tap on Danger Zone.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
2Web Deletion Request
If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your account, use this form to request data deletion. We will send an automated account deletion link to your email address so you can securely delete your account.
Request Submitted Successfully!
We have sent an automated verification link to your email. Please check your inbox and click the confirmation link within 24 hours to securely authorize and complete your data deletion.
