Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you will not be able to access the Service.


When creating an account with us, you must provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the Terms, which may result in the immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for retaining the password you use to access the website and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree not to disclose your password to third parties. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.


The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Falable and its licensors.


Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Falable.

Falable has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Falable shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or allegedly caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through any of these sites or services.

We encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.


We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you violate the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately terminate. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which, by their nature, are expected to survive termination will survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification and limitations of liability.


These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and supersede any prior agreements we may have between us regarding the Service.


We reserve the right, in our discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will attempt to give you at least 30 days notice of any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined in our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after these revisions take effect, you agree to abide by the revised terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please stop using the Service.



Online training: refers only to training that is provided online.

Immersion course: refers to courses that are taught in person in London


FALABLE reserves the right to select you to a course appropriate for your level after the placement test (grammar and speaking tests).


It is not recommended to access courses using a mobile phone.

Classes not attended or interrupted due to faulty equipment or internet connection from the student will not be refunded.

Any classes lost or interrupted due to technical difficulties of the teacher / Falable will be recovered as soon as possible.

• Group classes are subject to availability and will be scheduled accordingly.

• Private lessons must be held within the same number of weeks as the lessons purchased. ie a course of 4 individual lessons must be taken within 4 weeks of the course start date.

• Classes are by Zoom via our platform. Falable reserves the right to change online tools at any time.


• After the start date of Your course, any hours of unattended, reduced, canceled or shortened class hours are non-refundable.

• Falable’s code of conduct applies in the virtual classroom just as it does in the physical classroom.


You will receive a certificate at the end of the course, stating the details of the course, including the language level achieved and the percentage of attendance.


All the courses

• Application fees act as a non-refundable deposit and must be paid immediately after completing the student application.

• Confirmation of enrollment and submission of the CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) will only be issued after receipt of full payment.

• Bank details are provided on the invoice.

• Payments for courses in London must be received in full payment before the course start date.

• Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.

• Payments can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer.


• Cancellation up to 72 hours before the start (online courses).

• Cancellation before 4 weeks of arrival (personally in London).


• If you cancel or postpone the face-to-face courses before 8 WEEKS of the start date for any reason, you will be fully refunded less the £280 cancellation fee.

• Online cannot be refunded.

• After the start date of Your course, any hours of unattended, reduced, canceled or shortened class hours are non-refundable.

• All Private Lessons require 24 hours notice and adjournment sessions canceled, postponed or changed with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.


• If you wish to leave your accommodation prior to arrival, no refund will be given.

• In case of no-show, the full cost applies.

• All change notices must be given to office staff during normal business hours on Monday.

• until Friday, not after hours or over the weekend.

• If the request for a refund does not meet the above conditions, we can only discuss it on a case-by-case basis if it is related to visa refusal or health reasons.

• If you arrive at a residence or homestay between 10 pm and 8 am, you may be asked to book alternative accommodation in a hotel for the first night due to late/early arrival to the accommodation.

• Some accommodation options may charge late arrival surcharges. This information is available at the time of booking or upon receipt of flight arrival time.

• Wherever possible, special dietary needs will be catered for (fees may apply).

• Accommodation availability and any applicable fees will be confirmed upon request.


Falable cannot be held responsible for decisions made by embassies or immigration officials regarding entry visas or visa extensions.

• Visa advice can only be provided by the appropriate Embassy, Consulate or High Commission. You should contact your local embassy, consulate or high commission to ensure that you are allowed to enter and study at your chosen location.

• You must maintain a valid visa status and your course will terminate without a valid visa.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that the most up-to-date visa regulations / processes are applied to the booking conditions for Falable courses.

• Falable cannot be held responsible for any changes in visa regulations that occur after the booking has been confirmed in accordance with the then existing regulations.

• If the day of arrival is delayed due to a delay in applying for a visa, FALABLE reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation, which may incur additional costs.

• In case that Falable incurs any expenses when booking accommodation for the student, Falable reserves the right to pass along those expenses to you.


• If, due to contracting the Covid-19 virus, you wish to cancel a reservation, the person who made the reservation must send such a cancellation request in writing to Falable, along with a clear medical report to confirm the presence of Covid-19 or restrictions. on a trip .

• Upon receipt of medical or travel evidence, the Company will refund, less the £280 cancellation fee, all tuition and accommodation fees that have been paid by You.
